Spheron (previously ArgoApp) is inching in the right direction with every step forward

Inching in the right direction

This last week was an eventful week for Spheron (previously ArgoApp), full of excitement & accomplishments. From winning challenges to integrating our platform with huge protocols in the hosting & storage domains. We have been moving steadily in the right direction and the recent developments are just proof of our focus on building a decentralized ecosystem to make blockchain easily accessible for the masses. Our V2 brought stability to our ecosystem, both price-wise through $DAI token integration & product-wise through our architectural revamp. Our engagement rate has been high with our online community & we have started our weekly community call on Discord that has brought in a lot of new ideas for our product team to ponder over.

Our Discord Community

We had recently reached the 1000 member milestone on Discord hence we launched our first-ever community call there and it brought in a lot of engagement with the developer community. Our focus has been to connect with the right audience & Discord is one platform that has a lot of influx of creators & developers.

In our recent community call, we discussed developing new use cases around our platform that can help increase the utility of our $ARGO tokens. Some good ideas came up around interactive NFTs that the product team is certainly considering adding to our roadmap for the next year.

Our product has been busy building new features along with participating in the NEO Frontier Launchpad recently. It gives us immense pleasure in announcing that we were one of the 11 startups that were chosen from a list of 50+ participants in the challenge & were awarded the Excellence award. We will be using the winnings partially for our marketing streams & remaining on developing our community on Discord.

During the call, we also announced that we were chosen in the Newchip Accelerator program that will run for 24 weeks, giving us an opportunity to showcase Spheron’s (previously ArgoApp)capabilities on the global stage as well as learn the techniques of fundraising & networking under the guidance of one of the best accelerators around.

Engagement is high

The Twitter engagement has improved recently & our engagement rate has climbed up to 1.9% which is a healthy rate considering the market correction. We have managed to keep it up with almost 100 tweets so far in July, generating 2k+ likes & 400k+ impressions as of now in the month. With a 188% increase in Twitter Mentions, we are confident of our content strategy which has generated 33k+ profile visits as well as contributing to almost 1000 Retweets to date in this month.

Our Argonaut of the week campaign has been well received and has helped us garner a good amount of attention on Twitter & Telegram, contributing to the high engagement rate.

Partnerships & Integrations

We are riding high on our recent integrations with the well-respected & followed names in the blockchain industry. Collaboration is the key to success & we are not leaving any stone unturned in this area. Our target is to create a decentralized ecosystem with the best DSNs, making blockchain deployment a piece of cake for developers & bridging the gap between Web 2.0 & Web 3.0 users.

Partnering with Namebase has been a pleasure as their team is extremely engaging & completely flexible. It took some effort but we were able to finish integration within the expected timeline. Our partnership with Namebase bolsters Spheron’s (previously ArgoApp)ability to connect masses to the decentralized hosting service made possible through the Arweave Protocol. Through the partnership, the Handshake ecosystem can gain access to both decentralized naming and hosting services.

Integrating Skynet was a big win for our product team as once Namebase was integrated, Skynet was completed in record time. Our integration with Skynet is set to enhance service delivery through our front-end cloud hosting application. There is also an improvement in static web hosting after the Skynet integration. Together with Arweave, the two storage solutions will provide advanced cloud storage options for our services.

We are working towards creating an ecosystem of decentralized web applications which are more transparent, reliable & secure. With the partnership with ever Finance, Spheron (previously ArgoApp)will be able to help ever Finance lower the development barrier & provide 100% uptime to its users who choose their innovative storage-based computation paradigm. Their vision is to make decentralized finance easily accessible to the mainstream and Spheron (previously ArgoApp) perfectly fits in that requirement, without compromising on security & scalability.

Big aspirations

In the current cloud services market, Spheron (previously ArgoApp)arguably has the best fundamentals moving forward. Our platform provides a unique experience for users with assured uptime, immutable storage, and censorship-resistant deployment, all at a reasonable one-time fee. These services are currently giving Spheron (previously ArgoApp)a taste of the billion-dollar data storage industry.

In our latest ArGoApp V2 update, we further enhanced our services, targeting large organizations. We’ve now implemented the following improvements:
