How to: Upgrade to Spheron’s PRO plan and invite the team members
Good day, Spheron user!
Here is another walk-through blog that grew out of Spheron’s Explainer video series.
This mini-blog is designed to explain how to upgrade your Starter package to your Pro package and invite team members to your Spheron organization.
To begin with, log into your Spheron account and visit the dashboard > Billing.
Initially, users will receive a free Starter package to access and use the platform until the user upgrades to the Pro plan.

What is the Spheron Pro Plan?
Spheron has a well-designed Pro Plan that was developed to meet the needs of users for mainstream use. Take a look at the features of the Pro Plan in the image below.

Step-by-step instructions on how to upgrade to Pro Plan:
Note: Make sure you connect your wallet and set the allowance to upgrade to the Pro plan.
Step 1. Click on the Upgrade Plan to take advantage of Spheron’s Pro plan.
Step 2. Click on Switch to Pro.

Step 3. Set an allowance in the amount you want and approve it.
Step 4: Click Upgrade Plan. The plan will be placed in “Pending Upgrade” status, and upon successful payment, your plan will be activated!
🗣 How to add team members:
Click Members to invite a team member to your organization.
Note: A user can only invite members to their organization if they are subscribed to Spheron’s Pro Plan.
- Add the email address of the member you would like to add to your organization. The member will then receive an email with the new Spheron organization invitation.
- Once the invited user accepts the invitation, they will be added as a new member of the organization. Tasks that occur in the same organization can be shared among team members.
